The Chamber 2024 Annual Meeting and Dinner was held at the Mirage Banquet Hall on Thursday, April 17, 2025.  Craig Coshow served as Master of Ceremonies and conducted the business portion of the meeting.

In the business portion, the members affirmed the 2025 Chamber board of directors and officers. They are: Dane Wheeler (Adams Memorial Hospital), president; Ron Storey (Kelley Automotive), past president; Penny Parrish (Greenway Bank), Treasurer; Blake Fuelling (Bunge North America), VP of Industrial;  Joel Massoth (Decatur Package Liquor), VP of retail; and  Dean Fuelling (First Merchants Bank), VP of Professional. Board Members are: Cathee Graves (Classic Crimper); Greg Farmer (Walmart); Coni Mayer (Adams County Community Foundation);  Colton Bickel (Adams Co Economic Development Corp); Kim Hiatt (North Adams Community Schools); Adam Lengerich (Lengerich Chiropractic);  Dan Rickord, Mayor, (City of Decatur); Danny Porter (Thunderbird Products); Louise Ray (LLC Properties);  and Wylie Sirk  (Decatur Main Street).

  The 2024 Large Business Award was presented to Kreukeberg Auction & Realty and the 2024 Small Business Award was presented to Nick Rumschlag State Farm Insurance.  Wylie Sirk received the 2024 Stephen Decatur Award & a Special Award was presented to The Grainery Greenhouse.
