Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana is now offering employment services in Adams County. As a Vocational Rehabilitation Services provider, Easterseals Arc is committed to helping people with disabilities find their fit in the workforce. Employment services are customized based upon each individuals needs and may include resume development, assistance with job applications, prevocational skills training, interview practices, help identifying interests and potential jobs and job coaching, plus exploring helpful accommodations.  

We work directly with local employers to explore their stuffing needs and help them understand how Easterseals Arc participants can fill those needs. This creates a dynamic collaboration that benefits both employers & job seekers.
